01The Service
Pricerr is a price monitoring and intelligence platform that enables e-commerce merchants to monitor competitor pricing, receive automated alerts, and analyse pricing data across their product catalogues. The specific features available to you depend on the subscription plan you select.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for business use. You represent that you are using the Service for commercial or professional purposes and not for personal, household, or consumer use.
03Account Registration
3.1 Creating an Account
To access the Service, you must register for an account by providing a valid email address and creating a password. You may also register using Google Single Sign-On (SSO) where available.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at support@pricerr.io if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
3.3 Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep this information updated.
04Subscription Plans & Free Trial
4.1 Plans
Pricerr offers the following subscription plans:
- Starter: $79/month (or $63/month billed annually) — up to 250 products
- Growth: $179/month (or $143/month billed annually) — up to 2,500 products
- Scale: $379/month (or $303/month billed annually) — up to 10,000 products
- Enterprise: Custom pricing — contact us at sales@pricerr.io
4.2 Free Trial
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service. If you do not upgrade, your account will be placed in a read-only state.
4.3 Feature Inclusions
All paid plans include API access, webhook delivery, and Slack alerts at no additional charge. There are no hidden surcharges or add-on fees for these features beyond your stated plan price.
05Billing & Payment
5.1 Billing Cycle
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected billing cycle. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
5.2 Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Stripe. Pricerr does not store your card details. By subscribing, you authorise Stripe to charge your payment method on a recurring basis in accordance with your selected plan.
5.3 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. If we increase the price of your current plan, we will notify you by email at least 30 days in advance. Your continued use of the Service after the price change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the new price.
5.4 Refunds
All fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or at our sole discretion. If you believe a charge has been made in error, contact support@pricerr.io within 30 days of the charge.
5.5 Late Payment
If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you and retry the charge. If payment remains outstanding, we may suspend or downgrade your account until the balance is resolved.
06Cancellation & Termination
6.1 Cancellation by You
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until that date. We offer a 1-month pause option before your cancellation is confirmed — you can find this in the cancellation flow.
6.2 Termination by Pricerr
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you:
- Violate these Terms
- Use the Service in a way that causes harm or legal exposure to us or others
- Fail to pay any amounts due
- Engage in fraudulent or abusive behaviour
6.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases. We may delete your account data after a 30-day retention period following termination, unless legally required to retain it.
07Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to access systems, networks, or data not authorised by your account
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful components into the Service
- Use the Service to scrape or harvest data from third-party websites in violation of those websites' terms of service
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our prior written consent
- Impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination.
08Data & Scraping
Pricerr collects publicly available pricing data from competitor websites on your behalf. You acknowledge that:
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of price monitoring data complies with applicable laws and the terms of service of the monitored websites.
- Pricerr provides a technical service; we do not make any representations about the legality of monitoring any particular website in any jurisdiction.
- Some websites deploy anti-bot technology that may limit or prevent data collection. Pricerr will notify you of such blocks but cannot guarantee complete data coverage for all websites.
09Intellectual Property
9.1 Our IP
All rights, title, and interest in the Service — including the software, algorithms, design, content, and trademarks — belong to Pricerr or our licensors. These Terms do not grant you any intellectual property rights in the Service beyond the limited right to use it as described herein.
9.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of your product catalogue data and any content you upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant Pricerr a limited licence to process, store, and display your data as necessary to provide the Service.
9.3 Feedback
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use that feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.
10Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with these Terms that is designated as confidential or that reasonably should be understood to be confidential. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law.
11Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PRICERR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT DATA WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE AT ALL TIMES.
12Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PRICERR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO PRICERR IN THE 12 MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
13Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pricerr and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
14Modifications to the Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice of material changes. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.
15Modifications to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email and by posting the updated Terms at pricerr.io/terms. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
16Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, the dispute may be submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction.
17General Provisions
- Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pricerr regarding the Service.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
- Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
